All donors who come to give blood, platelets or plasma between Jan. 6 and Feb. 10, 2024, will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of 24 $500 gift cards in our donor rewards store!* Donors must have an online donor account and be opted into the donor recognition program to qualify for this drawing.

Important information about this giveaway:
- The chance to win one of 24 $500 prepaid gift cards is for participating donors who come to donate from Saturday, Jan. 6 through Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center. In addition, donors must have an online donor account and be opted into the donor recognition program by no later than Feb. 12, 2024, to qualify for this drawing.
- On or around Feb. 15, 2024, 24 qualified winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to receive a $500 gift card of their choice in the donor rewards store. About 7-14 days after the drawing, enough bonus points will be added to the winners’ donor accounts to redeem for a single $500 gift card, or multiple gift cards totaling $500.
- Giveaway is open to U.S. residents, who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the selection of the prize winners (on or around Feb. 15, 2024).
- Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
- Selected winners must log in to their donor accounts to access the online donor store to redeem their points for the gift card(s).
- Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.

Donors who come to donate whole blood, Power Red, platelets or plasma with Vitalant during the promotional time frame (Jan. 6-Feb. 10, 2024) and complete a donor eligibility interview will automatically qualify for the random drawing ONLY if they’ve created an online donor account AND opted into the donor recognition program by no later than Feb. 12, 2024. Only one donor eligibility interview is permitted per person per day. Twenty-four (24) winners will be randomly selected in the drawing on or around Feb. 15, 2024, and notified using the email address provided to Vitalant. Valid email address is required. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the selection of the prize winners. Instructions on how to redeem the electronic $500 prepaid gift card will be sent to the email address listed in each winner’s Vitalant donor record. Approximately 7-14 business days after the drawing, 37,100 recognition points (44,450 for NJ/NY donors) valued at $500 will be applied to each winner’s donor account. Winner can redeem points for a single $500 gift card, or multiple gift cards totaling $500, within the donor rewards store. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited. Giveaway begins Jan. 6, 2024, and ends Feb. 10, 2024. Donors are eligible for other promotions during this promotional time frame.
