The Highland Ranch donation center, located at 541 W. Highlands Ranch Pkwy, Highland Ranch, CO 80129, serves the communities of Littleton, Centennial, southern Denver and, of course, Highland Ranch. The center is easy to find on Highland Ranch Parkway just west of S. Broadway.

Blood donation types collected at this site are whole blood, platelets, plasma, and Power Red (double red cell). The location is open seven days a week for all donation types.

There is ample parking with accessible parking spots available.
