There is an urgent need for blood this summer. You can help end the blood shortage by giving blood at the annual Reno-Sparks Battle of the Badges, a friendly competition of badge carrying personnel.
At this special blood drive, badge carrying personnel and community members give blood on behalf of their favorite agency to see who can bring in the most blood donors. Everyone wins when patients get the lifesaving blood transfusions they need.
Blood donors will receive an exclusive Battle of the Badges T-shirt, while supplies last.
All donors who come to give blood, platelets or plasma July 28 – Aug. 29 will receive a $10 gift card via Donor Rewards. PLUS, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of two $10,000 gift cards.*
