- Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- The chance to win one of three $5,000 prepaid gift cards is for participating donors who come to donate from Sunday, Oct. 6 through Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center.
- Donors who use Vitalant’s app to schedule their appointment and come donate during this time frame will receive a bonus entry in the drawing.
- On or around Nov. 7, 2024, three winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to receive a $5,000 prepaid gift card of their choice.
- Giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the selection of the prize winners (on or around Nov. 7, 2024).
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record to get the redemption email to claim the prepaid gift card.
- The T-shirt is for participating donors who come to donate on Sunday, Oct. 27 through Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center.
- The T-shirt will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Approximately two days after donation, donors should log in to their account, then click “Rewards” and “Redeem Rewards” to enter the online donor rewards store to order their T-shirt. (Note: there are no bonus rewards points associated with this T-shirt; however, donors will receive their regular rewards points for their donation if they are opted into the Donor Rewards program. Donors who qualify to receive the shirt will see it displayed in the online donor store approximately two days after donation.)
- Final date to redeem the Halloween T-shirt in the online donor store is Dec. 6, 2024.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the T-shirt in the mail. While supplies last.
