You are vital and your donation saves or improves a life.  Join Vitalant and the JW Marriott Resort & Spa on Saturday or Sunday, Nov. 30 or Dec. 1, to help build blood supplies during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  Being the longest extended holiday weekend of the year, the Thanksgiving holiday is one of the most difficult times of the year to ensure patients have an ample supply of lifesaving blood transfusions.  Your blood donation could help the person who's been in an accident and rushed to the emergency room, a child in the ICU or a mother suffering from leukemia.  Your kindness and generosity truly saves the lives of patients in need. In appreciation for giving thanks and giving back to help patients in need, donors will be thanked with the following:

People tell us they've never donated blood because they've never been asked.  Can you be a helper by making that personal ask to friends, family, co-workers, church congregation members, the person behind you in the grocery store check-out, your hairdresser, barber, you get the idea.
