This Mother’s Day, honor the gift of life by giving a blood donation. Your donation could make a difference for a mother, child, or other loved ones in need. As a token of appreciation, all donors will receive a $20 gift card.
All donors who come to give blood, platelets or plasma May 11 will receive a $20 gift card via Donor Rewards; they must use code GIVE4MOM-2025-V when scheduling.* Donors must have an online donor account and be opted into the Donor Rewards program to redeem points for the $20 gift card.
BONUS: All donors who come to donate May 11, 2025, will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of two epic vacation packages.**

Important information:
- Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
- The $20 gift card is for participating donors May 11, 2025, who use code GIVE4MOM-2025-V when scheduling. Donor Rewards program opt-in is required.
- While most bonus points appear in donor accounts about a week after donation, it could take an additional week for them to be loaded and available to redeem in the online donor store.
- Donors must log in to their donor accounts to access the online donor store to redeem their points for the gift card.
- Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.
*Presenting donors who come to donate whole blood, Power Red, platelets or plasma with Vitalant during the promotional time frame (May 11, 2025) and use code GIVE4MOM-2025-V when scheduling are eligible and will receive points ONLY if they’ve first created an online donor account AND opted in to the Donor Rewards program. Donors who have an unsuccessful donation will receive regular donation points and bonus points only if they have a scheduled appointment using this code. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $20 electronic gift card of choice in the online Donor Rewards program.
