Important information:
- The T-shirt and $15 gift card are for participating donors who come to donate from Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024, through Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, at any Vitalant blood drive or donation center.
- The T-shirt and $15 gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location.
- Donors must have an online donor account AND be opted into the Donor Rewards program to redeem both items.
- Within two days after donation, donors should log in to their account, then click “Rewards” and “Redeem Rewards” to enter the online donor rewards store to order their T-shirt. (Note: there are no bonus rewards points associated with this T-shirt; donors who qualify to receive it per the time frame above will see the shirt displayed in the online donor store.)
- Final date to redeem T-shirt in the online donor store is Feb. 14, 2025.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the T-shirt in the mail. While supplies last.
- Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $15 gift card via the online donor store.
- Donors must have a valid email address in their Vitalant donor record.
- Some donors may qualify for additional promotions during this same time frame.
*Presenting donors who come to donate during the promotional time frame (Dec. 21, 2024-Jan. 7, 2025) are eligible to redeem this T-shirt and $15 gift card in the online Donor Rewards store ONLY if they’ve first created an online donor account AND opted into the Donor Rewards program. Limit one (1) T-shirt per presenting donation. Physical T-shirts will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer is subject to change at any time during the promotional time frame. Within two days after donation, the T-shirt will be available in the online donor store. Approximately 7-14 days after donation, enough bonus points will be added to the donor’s account to redeem for a $15 electronic gift card of choice in the online donor store. Bonus points are in addition to regular donation points earned. Physical gift card will NOT be handed out at the blood donation location, nor will a redemption email be sent. Some donors may qualify for an additional promotion during this same time frame. Vitalant reserves the right to send a gift of equal value in replacement of presented offer.
